CREATING OPPORTUNITIES AND GIVING IT YOUR BEST!!!

*Have you ever been in a situation when you have to do something (a job) and you know deep down that you are not cut out for such but you still ended up doing it? I have and most times it turns out to be something that I want to try doing again. I see myself everyday and how scared I am some times of what step to take. I most times feel I'm not doing the right thing and that makes me want to just give up sometimes but then life will never let me give up and even if it does, I will never give up.

I always believe there are opportunities all around us but we are sometimes too occupied with things that are not relevant to see these opportunities. And sadly, we will always be the first to complain about things not going well for us. Like someone said, opportunities don't Just come, we create them. Most times we just sit somewhere waiting for opportunities to come instead of trying to create one for ourselves and indirectly for others as well.

One of the surest way to create opportunity for yourself is by always putting in your best to whatever it is you do. So many people that are skilled in something can attest to this. As humans we are most likely to appreciate those that do really well at their jobs except stated otherwise. Well you don't have to be good at everything you do but then when you give it your best it just blends well.

I have heard of so many cases when clients complain about the work done by a someone and it is really not nice at all. I've had my own experience too and that has made me always try as much as I can to always give my best to whatever I do (I know people are always going to complain but I still have to give my best). But really, why is it so hard to do what you are good at well? Does it have to be all about the pay? I feel workers are more concerned of what they can benefit from a job than what their clients think and that is why they don't give their best.

I know we all need money for a thing or two but then that should not stop us from doing a good job. In fact, some people no longer care about learning a skill properly and they end up giving their clients bad impressions of others doing that same job. As a business person, an employee and more, your main goal should be your customers satisfaction as long as it is what you know is good and legal.

Never should you think of short changing your clients, instead always just give them the best of your service because that's the only way they can tell others about you without you even asking them to do so. Yes, at first it might seem really hard and unprofitable but all you have to do is just keep doing what is expected of you as a worker and watch how things will turn around for you.

In any business, it good to be transparent but we find out it is becoming a luxury to find a business person with such quality. Another quality that most business owners lack is honesty and that has made so many loss their best clients without them even noticing it. One thing we all should always have in mind is that whatever we are doing to someone else might also be done to us, therefore the question is, if such things are done to us are we going to be HAPPY?
