A WORKING WEEKEND - WE 192

It's been over a month since my sister went for her Court wedding and I can't just seem to get the experience off my mind. It was all like a joke when she told me I'd be going with her to another State for her Court wedding. I wasn't so prepared for it but then since it was weekend and I don't have anything in particular doing, I was somewhat excited to go with her because I know I'd be getting a new experience.

I love staying indoors but then I also love traveling too, especially on weekends. During weekends, I prefer to go out for parties and celebrations. I don't have any work offline so I'm mostly at home most of the time and that's why I love my weekends to be busy. So when my sister offered that I should go with her, I quickly took that offer. I was only sad because I didn't take enough clothes with me.

It was a fun journey because we went in a private car and we had fun chatting with each other once in a while. When we arrived, we had to settle down. We went to her husband's friend's place, he welcomed us really well and we felt so at home. Since he was single, I had to be the one to assist in the kitchen. I prepared a really sumptuous meal and I was really happy the guys enjoyed it.

I prepared rice and pepper soup with fresh catfish. I was a bit worried because I don't know if they would love what I prepare. All the guys are together and they loved the food that they ordered for more even after finishing that food in that tray.

I remembered that day I was tired but I still had to put up a write up, took my bath and went to sleep as the next day was the court wedding. We woke up early so we could get to the court in time. Everything went well at the court and we came home happy and grateful.

We had to buy some food from the eatery because we were exhausted and hungry. The food wasn't so nice but I did finished mine, hehe the water was the best part of that meal, lol.

I did had fun traveling with my sister and her husband. The memories will forever remain especially now I'm sharing it on the blockchain 🥰. Weekends are when I want to have fun and even though not all my weekends end up that way, I will always choose going out than staying at home. The memories made on weekends are mostly the best but that's only when I spend it outside the house and not within.

For those weekends when I don't have anywhere to go to, I always prefer to get some rest and also engage in some cleaning in the house and sometimes my environment. Having a active weekend is the goal but I don't force it.
