A PICTORIAL PEEK AT MY FRIDAY
It was exactly one week ago when I took out time to take some really nice pictures of most places I visited last week Friday. Well, for this post, I’ll start by sharing how that day ended to how it started! So follow me as I take you on a tour of how I spent my last week Friday!
You see this rice, it’s called jollof rice here in Nigeria and it is one of the most delicious kind of rice here too. And I was super impressed by how this particular one tasted. It was just a good meal to end my day!
How did I get to the food part? Well, I went for a send forth party/house fellowship of one of my church members. He has been with us for as long as I can even remember and it was finally time for him to leave so he asked to host us at his place which was where I ate that delicious meal.
While waiting for the food, we watched some movies together and I’ll try to make a review of one of the movies we watched some other time so I won’t say anything about it yet.
This is a picture of his hostel. Quite a big place and classy too. I would have loved to show you guys how his room looks but I’m keeping that private because it feels a bit weird.
On my way to his place, I passed through a mini forest, lol. The place is always quiet and that evening the sun was out so I took a picture of the road down to his place.
Before going for the send forth that evening, I went to school for a few things and on my way home, I saw students who were having their cultural day as per final year week.
I also saw this flower and I took a picture of it.
Here’s a billboard of my faculty’s name. It looks nice. It was recently changed and improved on by the faculty’s student leadership.
While walking to school, I passed through one of the most beautiful faculties in my school. Faculty of law. This is a picture of the entrance to their parking lot.
The sun was really scorching that morning and I had to use my umbrella to walk to school so I don’t get roasted under the sun, lol.
And that was basically how I spent my last week Friday. It was super fun for me. The send forth was one of my favorite part of that day although I wished we closed earlier because it took so much of my time.
Thank you for reading through. 💜
