Obesity is a problem that most of us would like to avoid, however, eating disorders combined with a sedentary lifestyle mean that more and more people in the world suffer from obesity.
The problem is even greater now with the emerging forms of work, office, telecommuting and others that undoubtedly take us away from physical activity making obesity a latent problem for all citizens of the modern world.
Although it is true that modern forms of work and transportation have brought us benefits and conveniences when it comes to mobilizing and working, they have also contributed greatly to sedentary lifestyles and, consequently, to obesity.
Some of the benefits that we must recognize to technological advances in relation to this issue, is the creation of tools that allow us to monitor and somehow control your diet and training to fight obesity.
This is how there are countless applications that help you measure your body mass index, ask to design for you a complete training plan that fits your needs including food and exercise program that will help you in the comfort of your home to avoid obesity if you set your mind to it.
So we could say that although obesity is an evil that may have accelerated technological advances, we could also say that it has given us what we could call the solution to the evil that accelerated, it is up to us to make use of these tools and leave time to exercise, improve our diet and leave obesity aside.
In my personal experience, I am still not able to establish a low calorie eating discipline, but I am starting my struggle with a home exercise application, which allows me to have a training system on my cell phone, without using gym machines and I am doing relatively well.
