Aaah so that's how you do overnight oats. I love rolled oats, but frankly get a little lost in all the different oat-types. Gotta try this some time. And no, I do not take collagen, but like others here, I keep hearing good things. Thicker, stronger hair? That's me sold :D

Yeah I agree that all of the different types of oats can be confusing and some places call them different things. In Canada, or at least the brand that I buy, are called "Large Flake" oats and other places call them rolled. They are the flat ones. The main thing is that they are steamed when they roll them so the oats are cooked a little. I think any kind of quick oats would work as well but 1 minute oats or quick cook might get a little too mushy? You just can't use the whole/raw oats that are not steamed in their process. I don't think our bodies can digest completely uncooked grains.
