Astounding what a difference it makes, just taking 20-30 minutes for yourself in the morning - praying, meditating or reading, just you and your thoughts (away from the phone and responsibilities). Priceless. I'm glad you have found that, as it sounds like you're going through a stressful period. Nice to see you around, @beeeee and thanks for dropping by! :)
