One year for Easter I created a meme coin called Defective Chocolate Spheres, with a narrative about how all year, chocolate factories try to produce imitations of Lindt balls, and all they can end up with is egg shaped chocolate, so they sell them at Easter as "Eggs" instead of their true form, Defective Chocolate Spheres.
I created it on bitshares, distributed it, and promptly abandoned it.
It was a self aware meme coin, and I had fun doing it.

So, it's easy to create tokens. Meaning, there is a possibility of turning it into a local currency. I'm gotta investigate...
Easy, like publishing a book, you just gotta have money behind you to start with ;)
