MCGI CARES TOPIC REFLECTION ON "FORGIVE AND FORGET".

I perceive that the purpose for these daily and weekly topics is to put us all in the right path, preparing us for the great coming of our Lord. I must say this; If you do not belong to this community, where else should you belong to? I am glad to acknowledge that by the teachings of God and consistent scriptural operations going on here, we are directly bringing light to the entire world through the daily and weekly topics we keep sharing.

I can tell you boldly that, there are people here who may not have subscribed or posted anything here, but they are visiting this community on daily basis to extract light. For the entrance of his word giveth light Psalm 119:13.

This topic "forgive and forget", is the most important topic to be discussed deeply, because people in the world are suffering from hatred, sometimes caused by a little misunderstanding that may have occurred with either siblings or even neighbours. Sometimes I see people display hatred even online; maybe one might have a little disagreement with a friend online, next thing hatred begins. Most people find it difficult to forgive, and they question I usually ask myself is why?

Well, We need to understand that forgiveness is a virtue, just like love is a virtue. There are people who can not love 1Corinthians 134-7. They find it so difficult to love. Same with people who can not forgive. It is almost impossible for them to forgive. But this set of people hope to have forgiveness from others when they offend. It simple! they lack this virtue of forgiveness, Not that they are bad people, they are not bad people but they only lack the virtue of forgiveness which could have enabled them to forgive.

Forgiveness is "divine", why? Because it is not in human nature to forgive. God is the only one who can forgive sins and mistakes. That's why when men forgives, they can never forget. God is the only one who can forgive and forget.

So for this set of people to be able to forgive, they need to ask God for the virtue of forgiveness, so that they can free themselves from mind-locking their their follow human. Now! If God could forgive sins, Who are you not to forgive your brother? Now! if you have to complain so much that your brother has offended you too many times. Please be sincere to yourself; is it up to 77 times in a day? Matthew 18:21-22. Because, the numbers of time God has forgiven us daily is more than 77 times in a day.

Do you want to know that sometimes, you have been offending God more than 77 times daily? Okay! Now imagine a situation where you tell your friend a story, and from the beginning of that story to the ending, every single words are lies, and your stories makes up more than 200 words. Now plus the sins that you are no longer conscious of, because they have become part of you, so you are no longer conscious that they are sins before God. But God, through is son Jesus Christ has forgiven all of our sins and not even remember them any longer; Jeremiah31:34.

Let me me discuss this with you importantly; do you know that your prayers are hindered if you can't forgive a brother? Mark 11:25-26. Yes! while you pray earnestly waiting on God for something, Those prayers are being hindered because they come from unforgiving heart, and God dislike men who can not forgive.

The forgiveness of our sins, to us is very free. Now why Can't you freely forgive your brother (both man and woman) ask yourself this question. I pray that as many that read through this piece, God should grant you the virtue of forgiveness and that you should be willing and easily forgive your follow brother.

The Grace of forgiveness is not a call to more sins, Romans 6:1-2, It is unmerited that should be treated with gladness, fear, trembling and testimonies. Why testimonies? Because the forgiveness of sins reconnect you back to your source. While men can't forget when they forgive, God is the only one who can forgive and forget.
