Bank of America's mobile and online banking apps are referenced in about 98% of the reports.

A public statement hasn't been issued by the Bank of America addressing the problems, though it reportedly told CNN the outages have "largely been resolved".

Later reportedly in a statement at 1:01 am UTC on October, 3, the bank stated that technology issues have been resolved fully.

Multiple comments on Downdetector indicated the issue had not been resolved for everyone.

A user with the name Corey shared, “Everyone is saying it’s fixed, it’s not!!”.

Meanwhile, hundreds of customers of Bank of America have criticized the bank for the IT glitch some noted they had a balance of $0.

Reportedly, according to other customers, ATMs would not show their account balances but they still could withdraw funds.
