Overcoming A Struggling Prayer Lifestyle.

Sometimes you might be struggling with prayer, your prayer life might be barely surviving. I want to share something as a believer that might help us overcome this.

I honestly feel as if the reason why most of us struggle with connecting God is truly base on the way and how we approach God. It is probably high time that you start seeing God as your father. Think about it, the Bible says that "Transformation comes by the renewing of your mind", so probably your mind needs renewal.

You have been trying to pray for a long while, you have been using means, prayer points and lots of things. Maybe it is a foundational issue where you don't understand the concept of a father and child relationship. It is high time that you retain it in your mind that God loves you, The Bible says that "God showed forth his love towards us".

The relationship that God wants to maintain with you is the one born out of love. Probably when you approach God in your place of prayer, instead of approaching him from a place of guilt, approach him from you as a child talking to your father, and even when you have done wrong He says "come boldly to the throne of grace".

It is high time you learn how to approach God with boldness, approach him like someone who yes that you know you have done wrong but this is my father. The reality for most people is that we distance ourselves from God because we have done something wrong and our assumption is that God doesn't want to hear from us, and God doesn't want to be with us or He has separated himself from us. But the Bible says that "our body is the temple of God".

God loves you, He wants to maintain the relationship that he started with you. His relationship with you was not your idea, probably this is God using me as a vessel to let you know that he misses you and he wants to spend time with you. Stop running. God bless you.
