A Busy Day To Me Cleaning And Exploring In Our Farm Land

Hello everyone, Every Saturday, we do a General cleaning here in our house specially today, because My Niece Birthday is already near. Even if it is an ordinary day, still We always do General cleaning here in our house to make our place really comfortable and organized.

This is one of my obligations here, My Mother always told me to do my obligations every morning, by sweeping the yard. Using this broom stick, I did my obligations and it is better to do it every 5 AM because there are still no heat comes from the sunlight. It is also a good way to do simple exercises. Aside of clean surroundings, I can help my Parents also about the house chores that will immediately done.

Farm Exploration:

After I finished my obligations, I decided to walked around the farm. I want to share our coconut farm here in Manticao, Misamis Oriental. My Father's Hard work and dedications have already harvested the fruit of labor. Approximately, there are 400 coconut trees we have here in the farm and most of it are already harvested last day. This area contains an old coconut trees and we did a plan to plant it by inter-cropping method. We plant young coconuts near at this old coconut tree. The place is covered with many wild plants and grass and we really want to removed this so that the plants can easily grow.

Papaya fruit is very highly demand here in our supermarket. People wants to buy ripe papaya fruit and according to them, it is a kind of fruits that contains fibers and minerals that needs to our body. I am so very happy to see this more papaya fruits. Its been a long time since I planted this papaya, and now I finally got my fruit of labor. Last time, wé sell 5 Papaya fruits to the fruit stand located here in the supermarket.

There are lots of wild flowers can also found here in the place, one of it is this one. In local term, we called it Kubal-Kubal, this is very common kinds of plants that grows here in our place. Farmers always removed this plants on their farm because this is very harmful to crops, vegetables and other valuable plants. But still, it produces this very attractive and pretty flower, and it contains a color violet and yellow petals.

This is what we called, pupa. Inside of this thing or cone are a larva. This is my first time to see this thing in my entire life, I always seen this in the book. I tried to touched this cone and it is very hard and rough. When this cone will crack or open, a pretty butterfly will fly out.

This is the Guava flower. It was very pretty and attractive because of its bright color. Well, guava is a kind of medicinal plants, the young leaves of this plant is good for people who suffered stomachaches. Just boiled it and drink the boiled water. This can be found anywhere here in our place.

Our Farm is located here in Linangga, I am so lucky to have this kind of peaceful place. We still keeping this place productive always and maintain the cleanliness of the surroundings. I lived in a simple life but I am totally proud of it.
