Because it's the holiday season, a lot of invitations are around the corner for a short staycation or sleepover with my friends. For this blog, I will be sharing my short stay at one of the high rise condominiums in Cebu Horizons 101, located at the heart of Cebu City, this prestigious and famous place where tourists mostly stay for a vacation or for a short time stay.
