Wealth of knowledge hidden in Books: Breeding tomorrow's leaders .

Hello everyone one here my gracious greetings to you all, I hope you all are doing okay, its a beautiful day and I feel to share my experiences with students thus far since I begin this journey of serving my fathers land.

well for the beauty of it, I love interfacing with students especially young minds that are pure and clear and that are ready to learn, its really my moment whenever I have the chance to dialogue with them.

when I started I was given a class and teaching is something I haven't done before and for the first time in my life I was before over 50 pairs of eyes staring at me and waiting anxiously to hear what I would say, well? I just have to start from anywhere and just say anything that comes to my head.

one thing I have discovered since I began teaching this students is that while some are eager to learn some are very nonchalant about it, making noise and disturbing others, really I don't like to flog because if I get angry to lift a finger I can hurt a child in the process, so instead I choose to talk to them calmly some will listen others won't, ofcourse you can't force the horse to drink water.

I'm actually beginning to love the art of transferring knowledge unto this students, I see it that I'm a kind of a role model, inspiring them to a greater height in life, every time I have the chance I share my own personal struggle which by God's grace has lifted me to where I am, by his grace I was able to pushed through and so they too can eventually become who they choose to become no matter what.

it's the look in their eyes, the hunger to know, the desire for knowledge, just this evening i was talking to a few group of students who are borders cause the school is a very large school of mixed day and borders, so while I try to let them know the importance of their studies and to never trivialize any moment of lecture but to take them very seriously and also to go as far as to do some extra studies cause this will help them cover so much on their scheme of work for the term which is fast running to an End.

I just can't help it but imagine myself come many years back when I was in their shoes and today here I am, indeed you will eventually become that which you have purpose in your heart if only you don't give up and stay true to course.

It was so nice o you talking to them. Many of them don't even know their right from left, they need someone to guide them.

Anyways don't think of working in a school environment especially private schools because it can be so difficult to leave.
