Small Changes that Adds up
I was listening to this podcast session yesterday and the host said something very striking, he said there are no public glory when there are no hidden struggles, he said for any business or anything to stand tall it must have closed up to about ten years, when I relate that with this particular prompt from @hiveghana about little changes that made big difference, I understood that within a period of say 5-10 years while you're struggling, fighting hidden battles, with no one to cheer you up, showing up again and again even when no one is applauding you, when all the motivation and inspiration you get has to come from within, all this years no one knew what tears you cried, what disappointment you faced, what frustration and rejection you encountered along the way, all they see now is the victories, the cars, the mansions, the awards, the lights and cameras all this is the after math of consistency, steady growth adding up those little changes that are necessary.

the truth is there are no glory without a story behind it, this is the reason why I don't just admire people's success i look out for their dark days, when nothing made sense when it never looked like it, when everything was falling apart how did they gather the courage to keep forging ahead desire the odds..
one thing we don't know is that you see all that little effort that seems it doesn't matter, actually does, and it's add up at the end of the day to the bigger picture .
I have a lot of tales to tell but the most of them about little changes actually happens in hive I'm grateful to hive in many different ways, this is one of the things I have been doing that have actually add up to making the picture bigger and broader ...

hive has trained my mind and my whole being to adjust and to understand life well and better, first of all by coming unto hive, doing little write ups have really helped fine tune my writing skills, now I can write better, speak better, assimilate better and write in better perspective and context.
with that in mind I have been able to develop my writing skills and ability such that I feel I can write a book everyday, I consider my mind like the pen of a ready writer ready to pen down whatsoever thought, it is all because I haven't ignore this small changes
You too should embrace those small changes and see what bigger picture you'll have at the end.
