LOH #252: setting up my dream business

Hello ladies of hive all around the world, it's a pleasure to be part of an amazing and innovative community on hive, it's an inspiring prompt we have for this week contest #252, a big shout out to @jane1289 for coming up with such topics, to me they are interwoven and I'll try to merge both into my writing cause from my perspective the why is my motivation.

first of all I am so passionate about what I do, right from when I was done with senior high i started working in an eatery were we do a lot of baking a stuffs, I was inspired and began aligning my self to my new found desire for the Confectionaries world, I began searching for jobs around that niche to help horn my creative abilities in pastries, sugar craft works, cakes and the likes.

one time I saw this set up around my location it was just a walk in coffee and snack shop and I liked the set up so from then I dreamt of owning a space like that, tho I tried to get employed there so I could really understood first hand how to run a business like that but unfortunately I didn't get the job...

after some years later I got another job in another city in a snack and coffee shop similar to the other but in a more bigger setting I was glad worked there for a year plus, now while I was there my heart and soul was in for it, I was able to grab all I needed and I knew I was set to owning my own space...

because I was really intentional about my passion for doing what I love to do, I have gathered a lot of recipes on snacks production and their techniques, i have been able to horn my creative skills on how to bake and that has really helped me a lot.

If given a chance what type of business would you set up and why?

with over ten years of experience in the Confectionary and baking world with my exposures and knowledge I am set to pitch my ideas 100% to any potential investors if given the chances...

it has always been my dream to own a snacks and coffee shop were I would bake and display varieties of snacks sales of coffee, soft drinks among other products and services I would offer in my walk-in coffee shop.

I recall some years ago in uni we were asked to come up with a business proposition and plans , that's when I first came up with my business name plans and branding and if I'm given the chances, with funding that would make my dream come through
