LET'S TALK "NEWBIE" & "INSIGHT"
Some Time ago i created a post here about how newbie can actually stay consistent and active on hive, because recently i discover that newbie retention on hive is actually a great deal, its easy to sweet-talk and get 'em onboard But then very few get to stick around after the first introduction post, which is pretty much about themselves atleast thats easy to come by, after that what else?....
You see the reason why hive is really moving at a somehow slow pace despite coming of age atleast for this number of years is primarily because not a lot of people are actually creators like actually been able to figure out what to write about even if they are able to get their butts together how can they really work on this to make a real sense, describing every aspect of their content.
I really use to wonder why can't any body just jump on hive at the slitest opportunity, for me hive is the best thing to happen to me, hive is really fascinating and everyday i come across thousands of opportunity on the chain, so its too good to be true i can't keep it all to my self , so i made it a decision to leverage on the @inleoreferral program to onboard as many as i can within my region, my friends and family members, i felt discourage tho, cause after a while they stop posting and i felt if its because its a free account, just because they didn't pay for it.
So i made a plan last year to create a space where i will teach, mentor kind of like a follow up to watch and track their growth, Inspiring them to be able to create content and stay active, providing them with first hand updates info writing prompts and contest that will spur them to be able to write something atleast in a day.
Personally my journey on hive and 90% of all i know today on hive was self-taught, i was given just two instruction when i began
1> don't copy or download image or text from the internet.
2> Ensure you reference any author of the image or text should you choose to highlight them.
So that means ORIGINALITY, AUTHENTICITY
But as i grow on hive i realise it requires much more than that, how do one create content and talkless of elaborating it enough to pass the message, even if one tries coming around every day is not funny, especially when there are no rewards.....
So i thought about this, cause no matter how it all goes down everybody is actually a writer, but not able to realise it, plus Hive is really so simple that you can literally create content about anything, there are 1000+ communities that cater for people from all works of life, so?.....
I discover one thing lacking and that is "INSIGHT"..
Have ever watch an artist draw?....if yes what was your thoughts like? When they started, you could not figure out what was going on or what they were trying to arrive at , you were probably confused at some point, as a matter of fact some pro artist could just imagine a thing and without a second thoughts run a full instant sketch right before you, then it began to make sense to you what they were trying get at all along.
INSIGHT
The Ability To grasp an accurate understanding of someone or something within a specific time period
In simple terms insight is the ability to see with the mind's eye, seeing beyond the ordinary every day reality, so as a content creator who wishes to explore hive and stay active, opening your mind to all new possibilities, letting your mind decode the message of every reality and happenings around you, this helps you able to pen down your insights what you saw and understood within that moment that the crowds of people around you could not,

This is a powerful and insightful post that addresses an important concern. However, is there no better way to encourage and motivate newbies? Some individuals put so much effort into crafting captivating and meaningful content, yet it often gets overlooked. Meanwhile, simpler or less detailed posts sometimes gain significant traction and rewards.
Are there hidden strategies or perhaps a network that newbies should be aware of to gain visibility? Or is there a "cabal" driving this imbalance? It would be helpful if experienced users could share tips or insights to help newbies thrive in this ecosystem. Your thoughts?
Thankyou very much, offcourse there is a pattern to everything in life, there are principles and if duely followed will generate same result, atleast i have understood how the system works, and i will address that issue soon, thanks for the reminder.
