hello My people, it's been a wonderful year so far, we're still taking everything one step at at a time, I don't really know how far you have fared, but I do hope you do well in all your endeavors.

about principles and theories and what we all did that has really helped us and shaped our last year, personally i have developed systems and structures that I've been able to put in place that has enable me kick start my 2026 right from day one, first of all I launched my hive campaign on the first, with series of event to follow up and secondly started my podcast, this is something I have prepared a ground for the whole of last year so that this year I can start up without delay

this also one of the reason why I feel a lot of resolutions don't make it out alive, yeah we all have principles we live by, true every body wants the best for themselves, this year everywhere is filled with positivity and high hopes, again what I think is the problem is the mindset and attitude we have towards our goals

how well do you need it, how desperate are you, what are the odds, what are the factors that can make this a reality what are you tieing this on, there has to be something that must be at stake if you don't get that resolutions done.

one of the things I really did that has helped me last year achieve so much was INTENTIONALITY, I am someone that has come to understand that nothing in life can be achieved if no intentional effort is attached it, a lot of determination, engagement, consistency is required to make things happen, it doesn't just end in writing resolutions after resolutions, wishing for big things aiming high or just making confessions, but the reality is that we must backed this up with commensurating actions.

get this from me Attitude and mindset is everything, whatever it is you want to get or achieve whatever bar you raise or aim to or whatever you desire to conquer it is your attitude and your mindset that will drive you through to the point of getting it done.

the human body is condition for comfort, so its makes it very difficult for you to be able to get out of bed and hit the road running for 10,20,30 km every morning, do that workout, hit the Jim, burn that fat, anything you wish, thrive to get that desired results won't happen unless there's a condition attached to it.

I'm very intentional about everything I do, I live my life with this sense of urgency, like I don't have forever and I have a whole to do and accomplished, I feel i don't have time, if I can extend my 24 hours to 30 or more hours I would do, if I can hold the sun still for an extended hours of time I would do it, if I can Uninstaller whatever makes one fall asleep I would do just to work over time.

the truth is without you been seriously intentional about everything you can't obviously get anywhere with just mere wishes, whatever resolutions you have written down in order to back it up with actions you need to get out of your comfort zone, if you must get it, get on with it as if it's everything there is for you.

I agree with you that success is all about intentional discomfort, doing the hard things even when your body is not at ease with it.

Preparations, consistency and stepping out of comfort are the things that truly drives result.
For me, it's not just about making empty resolutions, it's about intentionality, showing up even when life's hard and when you don't feel like. Dreams and resolutions can only respond to deliberate efforts, resolutions are mere words or write up if we don't live in purpose.
