How Saving Money has saved me

Namaste ladies and gentlemen, happy new year and welcome to 2026, you know the thing with every beginning of the year is that everyone face lightened up with renewed hope, faith and positive spirit, if you get a chance to interview 10 persons in a row about their prospect and perspective for the new year you will be amazed, this is true for every human out there, the beginning is often characterized by that newness, fresh start, let's start all over again and I wish everyone get what they desire.

this week @indiaunited community has thought about this and decided to throw this prompt out there, HOW DO YOU SAVE, WHY, FOR WHAT REASONS ETC.

Personally when it comes to money and savings, savings for me is a habit I formed right from when I began understanding things, it started way back in junior classes, I would save my tfare to buy books, reading text, note books sandals, school bags and what I wanted, I would walk to school them save up that money till it was complete, I grew up with this habit uptill now and I can say for real that savings is a virtue and that everyone should develop it.

it's a new year and we all have high hopes and expectations, we all have written down numerous resolutions hoping to achieve everyone of them by the end of the year, but the hard truth is they all need funding, so how will you begin.

I can tell you for free that 95% of why our dreams, plans, prospects seems stuck is due to lack of funding, not like we don't know what to do, but how to do it the funding required for it, and that's how so many dreams and aspiration dies, so this year how will you target your financial goals.

you see one mistake people really do during festive period like December Easter or valentines is that they seem to spend without budget, just to feel the flow with the crowd them when its all over we all start from zero to build up that's why January is always consider the toughest months of the year because every body is restarting thier lives after spending majority of their funds during Christmas.

personally for me I love to save a lot because I have a plan ahead, a target I must meet, something I have to achieve and also that is anchored on something else so that makes it necessary for me to save up because I don't want to keep loose ends.

there has to be a goal for saving, something you hold dear at heart which you must get, and not relying on any other source of funding will keep you on your toe, secondly make up your mind to safe no matter how little, sometimes they look insignificant but then it's consistency that makes it all add up.

trust me savings is a virtue everyone should groom.
