How often Do YOU Drink Water???.....

Water is one of the very key essentials that our body needs to function optimally , its one of the very key major ways to staying healthy and not get sick easily, the importance of drinking water cannot be over emphasise, personally i just love drinking water, and I find out right from when i was a child, I can't stay for every thirty minutes and not drink water till now its a lifestyle.

I understand how busy some of us are, not like we don't love to drink water but been too busy, preoccupied with so much activities that we for get to take a sip now and then, this cause us to weary and get tired very easily, untill our body signal us how testy it is, through dehydration which is not too good

You see water is very essential in smooth running of the entire body mechanism look at it as oil to an engine of a car, no matter how wonderfully looking the car is if a drop of oil is shorting it will affect that car's performance, infact some high tech cars now will even short down untill you top it up, and the engine of that car might be could be bardly affected if nothing is done.

Like i said earlier the importance of water in our body cannot be over emphasise, obviously everything in our human system utilises the water intake, so ensure you have a cup or a bar of water near you always.

One of the things i have noticed is i dont get ill easily, i rarely fall sick, because of how often i take water, please know that is very important, don't wait till you fill tasty especially if you're working in a sunny environment.

There are some very small easy ways to stay healthy which really does not require much, like drinking water often, eating fruit, eating healthy diet, we do all these by being conscious of our daily intake of food or liquid substance.

Not just waiting till some illness struck us and now depend on doctors prescription to keep us safe, meanwhile we can avoid all that by doing some very simple things in life.

Stay dehydrated, eat Healthy, stay safe and be happy always.....

With the weather these days, anyone who doesn’t take water is at a great risk. We need to stay hydrated because dehydration can cause more harm to us than we can imagine.
