HIVE CAMPAIGN KICK-OFF WITH CORP MEMBERS

As part of my new year resolution to broaden the horizon and enlightened more people about the ecosystem and the numerous opportunities that is available on web3, i have been into some personal project of promoting hive, it was on this occasion that a very close friend of mine sent me an invite to speak at their CDS corpers meeting about the introductory basics to web3 and content creation...

I saw this as an opportunity to share some of the knowledge I have about the web3 space and of the opportunities that lies there in, so I accepted the invite to speak to the corp members.

you see it is also a quest in my heart to take hive off the chain and make it something real and tangible that every one can see and relate with, I have observed that in many of my conversations with some persons that a lot of persons do not really understand the concept and the ideology of web3 and to talk less of how one can harness the opportunities here either by creating content, playing games, building projects like token, communities and staking to earn so I see this as a need to bridge the gap by sharing what I've known thus far been a creator on the hive blockchain.

I started by defining what is web3 and what birthed the idea of web3 which is basically from the offshoot of cryptocurrencies and block technologies and so because web3 utilizes the Blockchain protocol, some persons caught the idea of creating a system that allows people to create content or whatever they deem fit and are rewarded or incentivize.

I highlighted the key characteristics and differences between web3 and web2 which also include decentralization, token-based economies, true user ownership, the decentralization nature of web3 is possible because user data are stored on a network of computers (Blockchain) this makes it impossible for a single entity to centralized the ecosystem because the Blockchain generates a set of encrypted keys that only the account owner has access to.

I introduced the hive social media platform that rewards users for their efforts in creating valueable content through a system of curation by curators.

it was a great moment of insight, as I continue to dish out amazing facts about the hive blockchain that cuts across various activities like art, content creation, music and play to earn NFTs card games and staking to earn....

questions were asked for more clarity which I was more than glad to answer, one particular person asked about how any one can earn on hive which I gladly answered siting various instances and avenue one can tap into this gold mine available to us in this era....

after attending to the numerous questions by the curios minds who really wanted to understand more I still opened some more windows for those who wanted to reach out to me to find out more about Hive web3 space.

finally we were done and it was a photo session with all the corpers present and the excos, I was greatly honored after that and we called it a wrap for the day, this meant a lot to me cause today's event marked the beginning of something big for me cause I intend to push the hive campaign more and more till it goes viral and get many more people onboard the hive ecosystem and rooted.
