Friendship that budded.......
A friend of mine told me something and I took it to heart, he said in life that altho we were created independently with our own destiny but somehow to fulfill that destiny we must crossed path with someone who will compliment us to fulfilling our destiny, and this also confirms to me what my pastor said one time that what we call destiny helper is a concept that has been largely misunderstood by so many to means financial helper. so take for instance if Aki never crossed path with paw-paw (two very funny short people who gained popularity in the Nigerian film industry in the early 2000s), now they would have may be never planned on going into acting or maybe they did, but I'm sure somehow one of them must have triggered that idea and then the other follow, now somehow they have been able to compliment each other to the spotlight because somehow you can't talk about one person without the other, with several other instances around us.
there are friends that are actually called destiny helper, somehow our path must crossed for us to be able to compliment each other and fulfilled our various destinies in life, and trust me Desire was one of such friends.....
it's a long story but just the highlights, Desire is a guy, we met in our second year and somehow I got to know we were both looking for an apartment then we agreed to share rent, even tho I didn't pay up mine he never for once asked me for the money just paid up everything, if not that I met him then I really don't know how my journey through uni would have been, cause he was like everything supporting during those times.
we stayed together moved into another apartment during covid the mom even send Tp for both of us and ended up with the.. for five months,, i was like a son in the family too, even days when it was tough the mom would help out, stayed together, left for service together... till today we still like brothers supporting each other and everything. ..
I would say desire was a true friend and a destiny helper I took out of uni, even tho I had some other many friends but somehow they fall off as the years passed but me and desire we brothers and it's just wonderful how everything played out.
I recall in 2022 when some incidents happen and I was hospitalized desire was the only person who spends the entire one month with me in the hospital man has sacrificed a lot, we were actually three guys but the other didn't really didn't show much concern all through those hard times...
Desire is a friend I will cherish and till today I would say we've gone beyond being just friends we're like brothers, cause we literally act like one
