Daily Routines that set the rest of My Day.

Hello ladies and gentlemen I'm glad that we're thriving as a community and in all our endeavors let's try to make our health paramount, because as they say Health is wealth, that statement is true to an extend that it becomes around all we do, your health is over everything else if you are down first off, it affects your psychology, your well-being, your mindset, without all these you won't be able to create wealth.

Talking about Wellbeing and our daily routine, this has a way of affecting the rest of your day, your energy, your mood, your flow, psychology and how you act and behave for that day, this is why you see yoga is very important and every other early morning routine or anytime of day but especially in the morning the reason being that it has a way of refreshing your mind, body and soul once all three elements are in perfect condition, you're sure on a scale of 100%.

I had a daily routines I observe every morning it started two years ago when I got this job, I have to wake up every day by 5am, and this was something I wasn't use to, during the first couple of weeks altho the alarm wake me up by five? I will sluggishly find my way back to sleep only to wake up late and start rushing to work.

So what i began to do was when ever my alarm wake up, I do some home work out for thirty minutes, so from 5-5:30 I do some exercises to clear the sleep out of my head and to keep me at alert, so after the exercises i dash Into the bathroom and dash out, then boom I'm on my way to work

So I do this often and I began to notice that my mood was more of joyful, I was happy, excited and that affects everything for the rest of the day, my energy was top notch and I felt more alive, you know that heart breaks that comes with having to wake up every five in the morning? I over came that soon, once my alarm was up, boom I hop out of bed to my floor, push ups, seat ups, hip and tight flexing and many others, by the time I bath and I'm ready to hit the road I feel like I can take out the mountains and I'm 100% ready for any task ahead...

I recommend this to everyone, because it will set you on a different pace entirely above everyone else, your productivity, mood, energy, it already set your day, so you feel more like your self and staying active through out the hours you spend in the office, so even if someone's to offset you, you can wave that out happy, knowing you are already at a level were no one knows what's your secret to a good day start.

Every day I challenge myself to get better pushing the numbers up, so I keep improve on my exercising and work out because it helps me a lot in everything I do for that day....
