One shocking fact about Hive is that, Hive takes on REALITY 100%, I got this understanding some years back when I really tried to understand Hive as a whole, everything was confusing at first but gradually began to make sense to me as I dig deep for knowledge....

A friend asked about Hive and how's it possible seeing some accounts earn bigger author rewards on their post while others like hers don't, and immediately I reflected on these same thoughts years ago, I was curious, I wanted to know why I needed answers, all these pushed to me to make some personal findings as I did I realized something along the way, I am someone who doesn't just do things or accept things I will want to know the reason and essence for doing that or accepting whatever it is.

I told my friend that all those account you see with bigger author rewards on their post are basically a result of their Hive staked (HP), the higher your HP the higher your author and curation rewards on hive, if for instances a person has 100 hp and another has 1000 HP these are like leverages so if I am a curator and I'm coming to curate these two account with a 1% vote value, the person with hp of 1000 might have let's say $10 vote value while the person with 100 hp might have let's say $1 vote value from me...

but then I said Hive personally to me is like to be on-the-job training, where at first things are not so clear but then you're learning, your mind is on the job and the more you learn you gain more clarity which now enables you to do your job more effectively, what I tell any new bie is that hive is a goldmine you can't just exhaust it in one day not even in a month or a year, the blockchain is so massive but however you can gain mastery by being consistent over time the more you do the more you understand better.
