Dear community member,

This is @meno writing to you from the Hive Ecuador account. I’m taking the liberty to do so to both explain what we’re trying to do here, and also to invite you to join me in our efforts.

There are people on Hive right now who are completely ignoring the price action and instead focusing on how we can make this platform make a big difference in the day-to-day lives of common folks. To be a good Hivean means to embrace the spirit of community, to teach others about Hive, and to have the patience and empathy to guide them through the journey.

For now, there are only a few of us here in Ecuador, but that won’t be the case for long. You will have the bragging rights to say you were an early adopter, someone who saw the opportunity and seized it. But also, this means you can be among the people who helped build this place, this community, this peaceful revolution as I call it.

In other words: I’m asking you not to be a secret agent. If you understand how Hive can literally change the lives of regular people, then you can definitely see the need for us to be vocal about it.

Do you have a friend you want to invite but don’t know exactly how? Ask any of us for help. Ask @elizabeths14, @jersont, or myself (@meno). Not only will we help you, we will gladly do so. This is our duty as people invested in the future we are building.

If you’re living around Manglaralto, Santa Elena, which is where we started making noise, don’t forget to ask us about the newly created WhatsApp group for up-to-date information on the growth of our network. We will be updating everyone on the new businesses that are joining as well as keeping people informed about important events on the Hive chain.

Here’s the point:

Use the resources available to you. If you’re interested in learning more, maybe even mastering posting or anything else about the Hive Blockchain, I encourage you to join Aliento’s Discord or Telegram channels. @elizabeth14 is always there, always teaching people how to become better at Hive.

Te escribe @meno desde la cuenta de Hive Ecuador. Me tomo la libertad de hacerlo para explicarte lo que estamos intentando aquí y también invitarte a que te unas a nuestros esfuerzos.

Hay personas en Hive que en este momento están ignorando completamente la acción del precio y, en su lugar, se están enfocando en cómo podemos hacer que esta plataforma marque una gran diferencia en la vida diaria de la gente común. Ser un buen Hiveano significa abrazar el espíritu de comunidad, enseñar a otros sobre Hive y tener la paciencia y empatía para guiarlos en su camino.

Por ahora, solo somos unos pocos aquí en Ecuador, pero esto no será así por mucho tiempo. Tendrás el derecho de presumir que fuiste un adoptador temprano, alguien que vio la oportunidad y la aprovechó. Pero también significa que puedes ser de las personas que ayudaron a edificar este lugar, esta comunidad, esta revolución pacífica como la llamo.

En otras palabras: te pido que no seas un agente secreto. Si entiendes cómo Hive puede cambiar literalmente la vida de las personas, entonces seguramente ves la necesidad de que hablemos de ello con otros.

¿Tienes un amigo al que quieras invitar, pero no sabes exactamente cómo? Pregúntanos. Pregunta a @elizabeths14, a @jersont o a mí (@meno). No solo podremos ayudarte, sino que lo haremos con gusto. Este es nuestro deber como personas que estamos invertidas en el futuro que estamos construyendo.

Si vives cerca de Manglaralto, Santa Elena, que es donde empezamos a hacer ruido, no olvides preguntarnos sobre el grupo de WhatsApp recién creado para estar al día con la información sobre el crecimiento de nuestra red. Estaremos actualizando a todos sobre los nuevos negocios que se están uniendo, así como manteniendo informada a la gente sobre eventos importantes en la cadena de Hive.

Si te interesa aprender más, o incluso dominar las publicaciones o cualquier otro aspecto de la Blockchain de Hive, te animo a unirte a los canales de Discord o Telegram de Aliento. @elizabeth14 siempre está ahí, enseñando a la gente cómo ser mejores en Hive.
