Gran saludo a todos a esta hermosa comunidad, para este día traigo algo muy interesante, el cual nos pasa todo porque lo vivimos, y es parte de como persona, seres humanos cómo manifestamos los sueños con ella las emociones es un tema muy interesante. El sueño y las emociones son una relación fundamental, para el bienestar tanto espiritual, salud, emocional, ya que el sueño más allá de un misterio, como dice es la tercera dimensión, tenemos que tomar en cuenta que es un proceso biológico esencial para la salud. Nuestro cuerpo manifiesta un estado ante el sueño, el experimenta un funcionamiento algo cognitivo, emocional y físico todo sincronizado, recordemos que nuestro organismo nuestro es el cerebro él siempre va a estar trabajando, y la cuarta parte última, el sigue trabajando en crear el sueño, esas cosas él trabaja y el resto del cerebro descansa, pero esa parte mínima que hace esa función; entonces se sincroniza la parte cognitiva, emoción y física, sin embargo el periodo de descanso, es según el organismo de cada persona que se adapta a esta situación. Las emociones y su relación con los sueños serían en la forma en que se ha demostrado con estímulo de experiencia vivida el día, en diferentes situaciones que alteren el sueño y nuestras emociones para conseguirlo, por qué la emoción más satisfactoria por decirlo así es cuando uno duerme bien de calidad de las horas que debe, pero la conexión el sueño y las emociones es un universo muy complejo y Místico ...
