Ingredientes 500 gr de chocolate de cobertura 4 huevos 120gr de azúcar 120 gracias de harina Leche condensada 300gr de fresas Vinagre Vainilla 300ml de Chantilly de la marca de tu preferencia Molde redondo Primero tomamos las fresas, la metemos en agua con vinagre para desinfectarla, lo reservamos por media hora, luego vaciamos el agua, le picamos las hojas, guardamos las fresas más bonitas para el decorado y las otras las picamos en cuadritos y la reservamos en la nevera. Luego hacemos el bizcocho, en un envase hondo agregamos los 4 huevos y batimos, cuando esté aumente su volúmen agregamos la mitad de la azúcar, cuando esté doble su volúmen, agregamos la otra mitad de la azúcar, cuando ésta haga el punto de letra, agregamos la esencia y la harina tamizada, ésta la mezclamos con movimientos envolventes, lo servimos en la tortera previamente engrasada, enharinada, y lo metemos en el horno, cuando lo puyes y éste salga seco ya está listo, lo sacamos y lo dejamos reposar un rato ...
