写真は百万遍近くの古本屋。 なんかまだ夜中に起きたり朝眠かったりします。早く体調を整えたいです。 今日は私が個展をするALC Library & Galleryへ展示関係のＤＭやパンフレットの納品に行ってきました。 うちの最寄りのバス停から203系統という銀閣寺経由の循環バスに乗っていきました。やっぱり秋の行楽シーズンが始まりなんでしょうか、特に烏丸今出川から東天王町まではほぼ満員でした。この間には京都御所や銀閣寺、哲学の道、浄土寺、真如堂などたくさんの観光地があります。 で、岡崎道というところで降りて歩いて２分ぐらいの所にあるビルの2、3階にALC Library & Galleryはあります。 ちょうどギャラリー担当者の他に1人お客さん（というか、来年展示をする人）がおられたので早速ＤＭを渡しました。 それで少しだけ岡崎界隈の話をしました。岡崎は平安神宮や美術館などがあるエリアで、artDive2024が開催されるみやこめっせも岡崎エリアにあります。岡崎はとにかく岡崎公園の手作り市やハンドメイドのイベントが人がめちゃくちゃ多いそうです。もうそういうのは、この暑い夏には出展できないです。あと真夏に屋外で着物の着付けのイベントをやっていたそうで、熱中症にならなかったのかなーと思いました。 帰りのバスは行きよりは空いていましたが、何しろ片道40分かかったので疲れました。 疲れたけれどバスに乗る時間が多かったので、あまり歩けなかったのが残念です。 artDive2024 日時：2024年10月19日（土）20日（日）11:00～17:00 会場：京都市勧業館みやこめっせ　第3展示場(全面) ブース番号：C 25 入場無料 詳細はこちら→ 矢田明子個展「この世との縁の深さ」 日時：2024年11月22日（金）～26日（火） 会場：ALC Library & Gallery (京都市左京区岡崎北御所町51 8 TMビル 2,3F) 入場無料 ...

Hola amigos de comunidad❤️ Les doy la bienvenida a mi blog y feliz día para todos! En esta ocasión me alegra mucho unirme a una idea compartida por la querido @emiliorios en esta comunidad, y la verdad no pude resistirme a tocar también éste tema pero desde mi experiencia y creo que parte de mi personalidad que coincide con las advertencias y consecuencias por ser muy exigente incluso perfeccionista con nosotros mismos. Sin ir muy lejos, creo que conforme fui creciendo, desarrollando y descubriendo mis habilidades y también mi personalidad tanto conmigo misma, con mi grupo cercano que me rodean y la sociedad, pude notar este comportamiento y actitud a la hora de hacer algo o proponerme alguna meta o propósito, y es que en ese momento no lo veía como algo malo ya que sentía que me daba buenos resultados por la exigencia que me ponía, pero lo que no sabía era que con el pasar de los años y alcanzar una edad mas estable y madura mentalmente, tanto sobre esfuerzo, demanda en hacerlo mejor y mucha exigencia incluso siendo incomprensible con mis errores, me traería consecuencias en la salud, porque nunca está bien exigirnos demás, y aunque eso lo aprendí tarde, tal y como dice el autor del tema, la perfección no existe pero si la excelencia, y esa frase es algo que siempre debo recordar y más por mi historial de vida un tanto perfeccionista.
