Backed Out Against All Odd
Welcome to the last day in the Month of January, I was just meditating over how the first month went and it just came with the resolution that two months just ended in the First month🤔🤔🤔🤩... hahahaha
Commitment I will say is showing concern in a thing or system. So when one is committed to something he does his best to make sure that success is secured. A times one will go out of his way to make sure things go well in the organization or in relation to someone. Everyone of us do have one or more thing that we are committed to, committement is mostly linked with A Thing.
In my young age till now I have shown commitment to a lot of things, some of which turned out well and others didn't work well. As a human, I feel that everything I get committed to should just work out well and it makes me feel bad when I get to notice my assumptions wasn't correct, sometimes I blame myself and at other times I just see that it is part of life.
What am about to share is a true life story and am sure you will learn a lot from it.
As 2023 began I was called my Mom to put her son into prayer so he could settle down as it is always said. My response was that she should just let him be because marriage is not by force thing when he sees the need to be will. I know that counsel was not taken. Fast forward to April he went for introduction and every Preparation was being made for December. On my own part I was just committed to praying for him so he will not marry wrongly, now I noticed somethings which I shared with him but he refused to listen. Mom called one of the days to share what she dreamt about and I also shared mine. We went more into prayers because out of the month of two or three witnesses a matter is confirmed. It was not an easy thing at all because this brother don't like anyone that will oppose his decisions.
This lady in question will not want anything to do with the mother in-law to be or the sibling's, we saw this red flag told my brother but he refused thinking love will handle the issues with time.
Shortly he called for a meeting between Mom, I, the fiance and himself. The lady resolved to change which she never did. At this point my Committement died. I turned to pray more with good wishes that God will show him Mercy, note this was happening in November and the wedding was December'. Fast forward to December, when we met it was from one issue to another, as we can't just back out.
How It Turned Out
Eve to the traditional settlement, the Priest incharge sent them for a test...the highest thing happened. Our bride was found pregnant, my brother went told her people and they went for a scan, the scan showed everything including EDD. At this point, the young man fled for his life. My withdrawal was not just for nothing. God's Mercy delivered us from this terrible event.
Now, that one shows committement to a thing should not make him keep calm when things are going wrong because if you side the wrong thing a day will come when you will be engrossed with regrets. Am glad I was able to speak up when things wheren't going well because my integrity wouldn't be questioned in the future when it comes to making good judgement.
No matter who or what is involved, stand your ground

Glad you and your family where above to discover this bad traits on time and was also lucky enough to have an evidence that she's pregnant which put an end to the wedding.
The pregnancy just climaxed the whole thing...thank God
