Let's prepare an edible pasta recipe with natural tomato flavor.

Yesterday, when I visited a friend’s house, I received some freshly harvested tomatoes from his garden. I decided to prepare a unique pasta dish using these tomatoes in a different way.

There’s something special about enjoying a plate of pasta made with fresh, naturally ripened tomatoes. Instead of using store-bought sauce, I blended the boiled tomatoes to create a rich and flavorful base. By using only healthy, natural ingredients, this dish allows the natural sweetness and richness of tomatoes to shine through.

This pasta recipe is perfect for any occasion. So, let’s take a look at how to prepare it! 🍅

Required Ingredients...

🍀 pasta 100g.
🍀 1 Egg.
🍀 3 well ripe tomatoes.
🍀 A few chopped green chillies.
🍀 A few finely chopped onion leaves.
🍀 A finely chopped carrot.
🍀 Salt as required.
🍀 3 tablespoon of coconut oil.
🍀 About 2 onions, finely chopped.
🍀 2 cloves garlic finely chopped.
🍀 About 1 cinnamon sticks.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.

Method of making....

1 Step.

First, add the pasta to a pot and cook it well until tender. At the same time, boil the eggs as well.

2 Step.
Next, finely chop the onions, green chilies, garlic, and curry leaves.

3 Step.
Next, blend the tomatoes well until you get a smooth puree.

4 Step.
Next, take a pan and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of coconut oil. Place it on the stove and let the oil heat up. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic, onion, green chilies, and curry leaves. Mix well and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.

5 Step.
Next, add pepper, chili powder, salt to taste, and a pinch of cinnamon to the mixture. Stir well to combine all the spices. Then, add the blended tomatoes and mix thoroughly. Let it cook for a few minutes until the flavors blend together.

6 Step.
Next, add the boiled pasta to the mixture and stir well to combine all the ingredients. Then, add the chopped spring onions and mix gently. Let it cook for a few more minutes, then remove from the heat. Your delicious tomato-infused pasta is now ready to be served!
