Good night to all my hive friends, how are you? Today, I have a delicious dish to share with you – Kalia Kariya. Kaliya curry is a savory and flavorful dish rooted in the rich culinary traditions of South Asia, particularly popular among Muslims. It boasts a perfect harmony of spice, texture, and nutrition, resulting in a mouth-watering and nutritious curry.

To prepare this dish, use ingredients such as gray bananas, potatoes, and eggplants. Let's explore the step-by-step process of creating this culinary delight.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 About two potatoes.
🍀 A gray banana or two.
🍀 A few small eggplants.
🍀 1/2 cup coconut milk.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 A little bit of finely grated garlic.
🍀 A few small onions or a chopped onion.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of curry powder.
🍀 2 teaspoon of tamarind juice.
🍀 Coconut oil 300ml.

Method of making.

First, wash potatoes, bananas and eggplants well and cut them into small pieces.

Next, place a pot on the stove, add oil, and let it heat. Introduce eggplant, plantains, and potato pieces to the hot oil, frying them until they achieve a golden brown hue.

Then again take a pot and put 1 table spoon of oil in it and leave it to heat and add garlic to it. Add curry leaves, onion, chili powder, turmeric powder, curry powder and mix well.

Subsequently, pour coconut milk into the mixture and blend thoroughly. Add the previously fried banana, potato, and eggplant to the mixture, ensuring a thorough mix, and cook for approximately 2 minutes.

Next, incorporate tamarind juice into the mixture, ensuring a thorough mix, and remove it from the stove after one minute.
