Good evening to all my Hive friends! How are you all doing?

Today, I’m excited to share a recipe for a delicious curry made with turkey berries and winged beans. This dish is a popular and traditional Sri Lankan staple, known for its unique flavor and numerous health benefits. I’ve added sprats (dry fish) and coconut milk, which not only enhances the taste but also enriches the dish’s texture, providing a creamy, protein-packed balance.

The combination of turkey berries and winged beans is particularly nutritious. These ingredients are packed with essential vitamins, which boost immunity, improve vision, and help fight anemia. The sprats add even more protein and a wonderful savory depth, while the coconut milk brings creaminess and complements the overall nutritional value. Now, let’s dive into how to prepare this flavorful curry!

Yum, this dish sounds so good @hive.samadi! I've never seen turkey berries nor winged beans. I'd love a helping of this right now, it's almost lunchtime here😉
