Required Ingredients...

🍀 Two Ash Plantains.
🍀 Wheat flour.
🍀 1/3 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 2/3 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 Salt as required.
🍀 2/3 teaspoon of curry powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of Pepper powder
🍀 some water.
🍀 some Curry leaves.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.

Method of making....

First, remove the top layer of the ash plantains' skin and cut them into long strips as shown in the images. Then, rinse them in salted water to remove any stickiness and enhance the flavor.

Next, take a bowl and mix wheat flour, chili powder, turmeric powder, curry powder, black pepper powder, and finely chopped curry leaves. Combine the ingredients well to create a flavorful batter for coating the plantain strips.

Next, gradually add a small amount of water to the mixture while stirring, until you achieve a thick and smooth batter that will coat the plantain strips evenly.

Next, place a pan on the stove and add coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, dip the plantain strips into the batter, ensuring they are well coated, and fry them until they turn golden brown.
