Good night to all my dear Hive friends. It's been quite a while since I last connected with this platform. During that time, my husband was very supportive of me. However, I still don’t get to join the platform regularly due to my busy schedule. But I always try to connect whenever I can.

Garlic, one of the most powerful ingredients in the world, has long been valued not only for its distinctive aroma and strong flavor but also for its exceptional health benefits. From boosting immunity to reducing inflammation, this ancient ingredient is a treasure in every kitchen.

Today, I transformed this everyday staple into a delicious, nutritious, warm, and comforting dish. Whether served with rice or enjoyed as a tasty side dish, this garlic-based preparation—with its golden, caramelized tones and fragrant, soothing spices—perfectly complements any meal.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 garlic 100g
🍀 curry leaves.
🍀 Tomato sauce.
🍀 About 4 green chilies.
🍀 An onion
🍀 An Tomato .
🍀 1 teaspoon of sugar.
🍀 1 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
🍀 1 Teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 2 Tablespoon of cocoanut oil.

Method of making....

First, slice the onion into round pieces. At the same time, slit the green chilies lengthwise without fully cutting them. Finely chop the curry leaves. Meanwhile, peel a few cloves of garlic and set them aside, ready for use.

Next, take a pan and add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Place it on the stove and allow it to heat up. Then, add the garlic cloves and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Next, add the onions, green chilies, tomatoes, chili powder, crushed chili powder, and curry leaves. Mix everything well.

Finally, add a teaspoon of tomato sauce and sugar, mix well, and remove from the stove after about a minute.

I think this is so spicy. But I loved spicy foods like super spicy and after eating I regret eating it😅
