Tonight, I prepared a nutritious mixed noodles dish. A warm and flavorful bowl of mixed noodles is the perfect comfort food, bringing together both great taste and essential nutrition.

This dish includes a variety of vegetables, carrots, chicken, eggs, and many other nutritious ingredients, making it rich in proteins, vitamins, and essential nutrients. Required Ingredients...

🍀 Noodles 200g.
🍀 1Egg.
🍀 Some chicken cut into thin pieces.
🍀 1 tablespoon of Tomato sauce.
🍀 1 tablespoon of Chili paste.
🍀 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 Salt as required.
🍀 Some coconut oil.
🍀 Some finely chopped carrots.
🍀 curry leaves
🍀 Some finely chopped garlic.
🍀 A green chilli pod finely chopped.
🍀 A little chopped onion.

Method of making....

1 Step.
First, take the finely chopped meat and mix it well with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of black pepper.

2 Step.
Next, place a pan on the stove and add about two tablespoons of coconut oil. Once heated, add the meat pieces and sauté them until they turn golden brown.

3 Step.
Next, add about 750ml of water to a pot and place it on the stove. Once the water starts boiling, add the noodles and let them cook for about 3-4 minutes. Then, remove them from the stove and set them aside.

4 Step.
Next, take another pan and add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Place it on the stove and let it heat up. Once the oil is hot, add chopped garlic, onion, fresh chili, and curry leaves, then sauté well. After that, add chili powder, black pepper powder, and a pinch of salt, mixing everything thoroughly.

5 Step.

Next, add an egg to the mixture and stir well until it is fully combined. Then, add the fried meat pieces, boiled noodles, and about a tablespoon of tomato sauce. Stir everything together until well mixed. In the meantime, check the salt level and adjust if necessary. Finally, remove it from the stove and set it aside.
