Good evening, dear hive friends! In the culinary world, there are always new ingredients to discover and innovative recipes to create. Today, I'll demonstrate how to prepare a delicious fry using onion flowers. To enhance both taste and nutritional value, I've incorporated eggs into the recipe. By combining the delicate flavors of onion blossoms with the richness of eggs, this dish promises a unique and satisfying culinary experience. It's also a wonderful addition to any dining table. Required Ingredients...

🍀 Onion flowers 150g.
🍀 1 Egg.
🍀 1 1/2 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 A few sticks of cinnamon.
🍀 A little chopped garlic.
🍀 A finely chopped onion.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 1 1/2 tablespoons Pure coconut oil.

Method of making.

First, cut the stems of the onion flowers into small pieces, then wash them thoroughly.

Then take a cooking pot and place it on the stove, add about 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil and after it heats up, add garlic, onion, curry leaves and cinnamon and mix well. Fry it for about a minute.

Then add onion flower pieces, crushed chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to it and fry for about 3 minutes.

Then add an egg to it and mix well. Fry it for about 3 minutes and remove it from the heat.
