A Lifestyle Connected with Nature and the Temple
Good night to all Hive friends.
When we think about today’s lifestyle, it is clear that we live in a fast-moving society built around technology and competition. In the midst of such a life, living in harmony with nature and maintaining a religious connection with the temple still add deep meaning to our lives.

Nature is not something that belongs to us; it is a precious inheritance that we must protect. Trees, clouds, rain, the songs of birds, and the coolness of the morning all bring peace to our minds. However, in today’s busy lifestyle, we often lack the time to notice these simple gifts. Yet, living close to nature protects not only our physical health but also our mental well-being.

Similarly, the temple stands as a religious and cultural center of the village or town. A life connected to the temple is guided by Buddhist philosophy—simple, disciplined, and filled with compassion. Acts such as offering alms, observing precepts, practicing meditation, and listening to sermons help cleanse the mind and bring balance to life

When nature and the temple come together, they remind us that life can still be lived simply, peacefully, and meaningfully. Reviving these connections in today’s lifestyle may be the best way to pass on a healthier and more meaningful life to future generations.
Have A nice day.
Best Regards,
Samadi Madushanki .
