Should I Report My Boss Who Always Fun Of Using Hate Speech Against Me?

Free speech are those speeches you cannot be legally prosecuted when you say them.
Hate speech is a speech that hurts one's feelings, it is when speech leads to harm. Hate speech is not only about hurting someone's feelings. Hate speech is hurting one, a group or community or society directly or indirectly.

For instance, if one is getting attached to ideas, when such ideas are criticized, one gets hurt. It is also hate speech.
Juliet is a good friend of mine. She works for the state government under the ministry of education. She is the most diligent, smart, hardworking, and respectful civil servant in her office. She works in a school of more than 2,000 people; and the strength of the staff is more than 20.
Whenever the supervisor visits her school, only her records are submitted for review because she always does her work perfectly while other teachers hide themselves.

When those visitors saw her work, they talked with the principal and said, “Juliet should be given a recommendation letter, she is doing great work in this school. After I watched many of her videos, I realized that she is the best teacher so far. Please give her a recommendation letter.”

The Principal replied, “she is the best, there is no doubt about it. She's the best here. I will give her a recommendation letter to the district.”

She refused to write the recommendation letter; she was supposed to write the recommendation letter to her last year, but up till now she didn't give her recommendation letter.
Though, the recommendation letter is not an issue but the way she talks to Juliet. There is not a week that her principal would not insult her without doing anything to her.

May 2nd, 2024, she called me and explained how her boss insulted her.
“Juliet, I have given birth to your age. You are very stupid for standing over there and greeting me. It shall not be well with you, you will fail in this life and you will not make it. Are we mates? I am sure that I'm older than your mother! Who are you that cannot kneel down and greet me? This is how you disrespect your parents at home, you can't do that here because I'm the boss here. I believe your mother gave birth to you out of wedlock or your father rejected you as a daughter because he wasn't the one that impregnated your mother, that is the reason you don't understand culture. You are an unfortunate daughter, animal, nincompoop, and bad fellow. I believe you have a poor upbringing”.

When she was telling me on the phone, she was crying: “Chris, I'm really tired of this old woman. Why is she insulting me, there is not a week that she won’t use hate speech against me. Everything I'm doing is wrong, I have never done anything right. I'm disturbed physically, socially and emotionally.”

Don't worry Juliet, everything will be okay. “When? Tell me when everything will be okay? She has been insulting me since she transferred to this place; I'm not okay. No one has ever spoken to me in that manner, and I don't want to tell my mother. If my mother hears such words she won't take it easy with her.”

This morning when I called her: hello Juliet, where are you? “Good morning Chris, I'm home, I'm tired of everything.”
Better don't allow anyone to steal your joy and happiness, you need to be happy and forget what has happened. Don't give up because of her because she will soon go, her days are numbered. Just be focused, don't listen to her, and don't reflect on what she has said.
“Thank you Chris for checking on me."

I can't say she should report her to the police station because is her boss. It doesn't make sense to me to report her superior: and I don't know what to do so that the woman can stop insulting her.

Today, she's not going to the office, and I knew it was because of what happened yesterday. She's not like me that can confront her boss. She doesn't have the courage to confront her.

What is your opinion friends?
What can she do in this kind of situation? She's in her rented apartment thinking about the whole thing.

I would have advised her to report the case to the nearest police station but the woman is well known and she can bribe the police and oppress her more. I have heard about how she oppressed people, and how she bribed people over her atrocities.
She's a powerful woman who wants to see people licking her shoes.

I stand up for success, and success is not achieved by merely making mouth, No room for laziness, no room for idleness. Success comes to the people who are desperately and consciously searching for it. When it seems unsuccessful or you smell failure around you, never discourage yourself from being successful.
