Well you have to be a little more carefull that is for sure. If you would go for a tempo run that would be asking for trouble but just a zone 1 / zone 2 run is not that bad!
To me, all weather is runable except for thunderstorms! Some snow is just fun!
The Lord bless you with health. As for me, my son has been inviting me to jog with him, but I told him I am fine with a long walk. 😅
