Prendre du temps pour soi et se recentrer sur ses projets...
Le Prince @itharagaian rentre à la maison après une longue aventure.
Historique: Depuis le mois d'avril, il jonglait entre la Principauté et Hive-fr. Mais il faut se rendre à l'évidence, les deux en concurrence ce n'est pas tenable pour plusieurs raisons. Il y a donc eu un choix à faire, et, évidemment, c'est la Principauté qui l'a emporté.

En avril, avec 3 autres hiviens, nous avions décidé de tenter de relever la communauté FR. J'étais ravi de faire partie de l'équipe, même, si dès le début j'ai eu du mal à comprendre pourquoi la Principauté n'avait pas été choisie pour héberger la communauté, puisqu'elle existe depuis plusieurs année et tourne sans problèmes. Mais soit, j'ai joué le jeu, et je crois que j'ai fait tout ce que je pouvais.
Malheureusement, tout un tas de circonstances se sont mélangées pour contrer le projet comme jamais : Santé des uns, manque de temps des autres, et, soyons franc, un manque évident de peps du côté de la communauté.
Sur le dernier point j'insiste bien, car nous avons plusieurs fois tenté de faire des animations, même un hive-péro... Mais jamais au grand jamais qui que ce soit, en dehors des 3-4 habitués n'a réagi...
Alors, oui j'ai remis ma démission du côté de hive-fr, je n'en veux à personne, mais travailler en solo, doublant ainsi ma charge de travail, sans voir le moindre signe de vie de ma communauté, c'était un peu lourd à gérer.
Je vous avoue aussi que ma santé me pose quelques soucis, et donc je suis plus vite endolori et plus vite tendu et cette surcharge de travail, aussi petite puisse-t-elle être aux yeux de quiconque était probablement de trop.
Cela faisait longtemps que j'hésitais, mais j'avais des scrupules, car j'ai peur qu'en arrêtant, tout s'arrête :
- La curation , même si elle continuera sur la Principauté
- La gestion des ROI
- Les quelques posts qui étaient publiés
- L'animation sur le discord
J'espère juste qu'on ne m'en voudra pas, et qu'on comprendra. Mais la Principauté et ma santé prévalent.
Je resterai présent sur le discord hive-fr, l'ayant construit... Mais je vous invite tout de même à rejoindre également celui du bastion ...
