are you trying to hang longer?
My target is 90 seconds. Some time ago I watched a youtube video of a fit young woman who crushed a two-minute deadhang. That would be amazing... but for now my target is 90 seconds! What about you?

2 whole minutes would be awesome for you at your age 😮 i think a good and realistic target for me now would be a full minute then i would work my way up from there
