The simple way to prepare long beans (Valachi Bhaji)
Hello, community and food lovers today posting this recipe without any complications and simple way to prepare long beans.

ingredients:
1 bundle of long beans aproximetaly 300 grams
2-3 green chilies
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
1/2 cup water


cleaned and washed long beans actually some neighbors gave me those. They growing them in their rice farm and they are 100% organic.

Chopping beans.

Chopped them finely

Put chopped beans in the pan.

Adding coconut and chilies in the chopped beans.

Put salt in to it.

Adding water.

Covered and cooked them around 5-7 minutes.


Here is long beans are ready to serve used with rice or roti, or just eat alone. simple vegan Satvik food for simple living.
