Garden Journal - July Challenge
Hello, community greetings. Nice to read the garden journal from all around the world from very hard-working gardeners.
Here it is not so exciting, spring was good but May was with a night frost. when we came back from India we were already late to sow seeds. June went without rain. Watering restrictions from the communal authority are disappointing. At the end of June we were traveling. Came back a couple of days ago, It was raining and the garden was all messy. it neededva Few things to get it in order and we managed. but we have to wait a couple of weeks to see the result.
Today I have taken some photographs after organizing a few things.
At the front entrance, all the wild strawberries had gone wild. first picked all ripe berries.
In front of the house, these wild strawberry plants are spread all over.
our Red currants are ripe. before coming back from work my husband had picked half of them but still lots left on the bush.
Some perennial herbs show up but some are missing- arugula/rocket and thyme.
Some helpers and some destroyers.
Tomato plants are growing slowly.
having some flowers makes the place colorful.
Only one pumpkin plant survived but not much hope for pumpkins this year.
That is it for this month see you soon. thank you.
Yay! 🤗
