wonderful piece Ma. Truly not all parents understand this. Some parents even teach their children how to take revenge. So anytime anyone offends them they must reply back immediately. That is what many of them grow up to know. That you cannot offend someone by mistake or step on their toe without them reacting.
Now I see that this is one of the reasons many people find it hard to keep good relationships that could have helped them go far in life and destiny. Just because of a small mistake they turn someone into an enemy. They lose valuable people that could have added meaning to their life. All because they cannot overlook little things.
We need to teach our children to be calm and to reason things out. When someone offends you try to think about it. Put yourself in their shoe and ask why the person did what they did. Just try to understand before you react. Blessings ma
Exactly, it takes kindness to realize that people makes mistakes and deserves forgiveness. May we all have the grace to teach our kids the right way to live.
