Spending Time With Colleague Friends After Decorating in A Local Snack House

Hello my dear Hivers from this wonderful community @hiveph . How are you all doing? I hope you have a well spent weekend and a productive day today.

As a teacher, most of the weekdays I spend it with my learners and of course with my colleagues. My co-teachers to be exact. During lunch we eat together and share whatever food we have brought for lunch.

It is a wonderful time to be with them. I have only been friends with them for about 3 months since I have just recently been transfered in their school. And I feel blessed for having these kind and positive people with me.

Today I want to share a time spent with them for a quick snack in a local snack house along the way to our homes. It was back in Thursday afternoon after we decorated the venue for the second day of our in-service training for teachers.

We were assigned to decorate it. After finishing the task, my co-teachers felt a little hungry and since my husband has not come yet to fetch me, I went with them to have a free ride as well, haha.

But not long after we left, we came across with my husband in the road. So I hopped down my co-teacher's motorcycle and rode with my husband. They asked me if I'd still go with them and I said yes.

So we went to the snack house. It is called Barrio Uno. We were already familiar with the place because we had snacks here for a couple of times already. And it's not hard to find it because it's the only snack house near the area.

Each of us made our orders. Mostly burgers and siomai. The three of them ordered a milk tea for their drinks, while I and my husband ordered a lemonade. It's a liter of lemonade so it's much practical for me and my husband.

We laughed and joked around. We talked about the event for tomorrow and the tasks each of us will do. We are tasked to be the Management of Learning (MOL) in the morning so we divided the tasks. I was assigned to give the recap from the previous sessions which I gladly accepted.

We also teased our co-teacher who's husband is coming that day from his training. My husband also joked about it because they he became close to my co-teacher's husband. They used to talk with each other after giving me a ride to school. He spends an hour or so talking to my co-teacher's husband before he goes back home, haha.

We were all full. Some said they won't be having a dinner anymore. It was a great time with them. That's all for today. Thanks for reading this far. Til my next post!
