BeerSaturday 331 - @!!⭐⚡💀 (Brasserie Dunham)
Here's my entry for BeerSaturday 331 with a beer with a name I couldn't pronounce @!!⭐⚡💀 brewed by my favorite Quebec brewery Dunham, always interesting and well-made creations.
Voici ma participation au BeerSaturday 331 avec une bière dont je ne saurais pas prononcer le nom @!!⭐⚡💀 brassée par ma brasserie préférée québécoise Dunham, toujours des créations intéressantes et bien faites.*
Here is the map of Quebec where I can show you precisely the location of the brewery. Today, we're going east of Montreal to the town of Dunham in the Cantons de l'Est on the Wine Route to visit the Dunham Brewery.

📜 Brewery / Brasserie :
Nothing new for the Brasserie Dunham, still founded in 2011 to explore new techniques and flavors thanks to its team of Sébastien Gagnon, director, Éloi Deit, master brewer and Éric Beaulac, manager. You can check out BeerSaturday 296 to see some photos of the facilities and brewery.

🍺 Tasting / Dégustation :
The @!!⭐⚡💀 (any idea how to pronounce that? 😀) is a German-inspired lager with a high alcohol content 5.7% alcohol brewed in collaboration with QBD, Quebec City's comic book festival. This is the 2023 edition. There seems to be a new version of this beer at each festival, with a different artist creating the design. Cool idea. In the glass, we find a beautiful copper color with a generous head. On the palate, there's a well-balanced bitterness, a beer just the way I like them.

Dans le verre, on retrouve une belle robe cuivrée avec une mousse généreuse. En bouche, on retrouve une belle amertume bien balancée, une bière comme je les aime.
Design
The can was made by Geneviève Lebleu, an artist and illustrator based in Quebec City. She has also produced a number of comic strips, including Sarclage for Éditions Pow Pow. The illustration is perfect for a beer brewed by the Quebec City Comics Festival.

Have a great week. / Très bonne semaine à tous.
Cheers / Santé / Salud 🍻
Wow so cool to discover a new brewery as I had not heard of Dunham until now! If it is your favourite, I will have to make it a point to ask for some at our store over here in Ontario.
With a well-balanced bitterness, I would probably enjoy this one.
Yes, I recommend it, always quality beers... I don't know if you can find their beers in Ontario, but you can visit the brewery with a good restaurant and enjoy beer or two 😀
Enjoy your day and cheers 🍻
The design of the Beer looks great
It is far different from the ones that we have here.
It looks good
I like amber beers and I was not disappointed with this one.
Have a lovely day.

Tant mieux :)
!LOL
Merci... Bonne semaine à toi
@!!⭐⚡💀 - the beer formerly known as a nice German lager 🙂
Fortunately, it's not like the old days when you had to ask a cashier for the product 😀
This is introducing me to an entirely new brand of beer. This is because I have not heard of Dunham before.
Thank you for sharing, and keep drinking beer 🍻
It's a very good brewery in Quebec, always producing quality beers. Worth a try.
Cheers 🍻
Cheers!

Interesting. It seems like you're one of the company's production managers lolz. Am asking because of the way you outlined every aspect of the beer.
That's cool.
Thanks for the review.
But as the beer have a bitter taste, do you know that many would reject it?
Nope but I'd love to work for this brewery... but no brewing experience, just a loyal "fan" of this brewery 😀
In terms of bitterness, this may be unpleasant at first, but if it's well balanced in the mouth, it's quite a pleasant sensation.
Have a lovely day and thanks for the comment.
Emmm, I think you need to apply first so as to have brewing experience as long as it's your passion.
As for the taste, naturally, I love drinking bitter things. So if. Am opportune to drink it, it will definitely make sense to me.
Thanks for your quick response
