Here is my participation in the BeerSaturday 316 with a lager brewed by Perspective, the Lepton. This is the first beer that I present from this Quebec microbrewery with this graphic design that catches my eye at the grocery store.

Voici ma participation au BeerSaturday 316 avec une lager brassée par Perspective, la Lepton. C'est la première bière que je présente de cette microbrasserie québécoise avec ce graphisme qui attire l'oeil à l'épicerie.

Here is the map of Quebec where I can show you precisely the location of the brewery. The Perspective brewery is located in Saint-Liboire located in Montérégie about 1 hour by car east of Montreal.

Perspective is a company that has been brewing craft beer since 2021 in Saint-Liboire. Born from the passion and research of these two founders Brian Wilcox and Véronique Duguay, it develops hoppy beers and sour fruit beers with the aim to accentuate the flavors of each ingredient.

Perspective est une entreprise qui brasse de la bière artisanale depuis 2021 à Saint-Liboire. Née de la passion et de la recherche de ces deux fondateurs Brian Wilcox et Véronique Duguay, elle développe des bières houblonnées et des bières sures aux fruits pour accentuer les saveurs de chaque ingrédient.

🍺 Tasting / Dégustation :

The Lepton is a lager with 5.8% alcohol that was hopped with motueka which is a variety of New Zealand hops (I didn't know). In the glass, we find a beautiful straw color almost orange with an almost non-existent foam. Sorry for the photo, the focus was on the wall behind and I didn't take the time to check, too eager to taste the beer 😀. On the palate, we find a rather floral and fruity taste. Good beer for the summer.

La Lepton est une lager avec 5.8% d'alcool qui a été houblonnée avec du motueka qui est une variété de houblon néo-zélandaise (je ne connaissais pas). Dans le verre, on retrouve une belle couleur paille presque orangée avec une mousse presque inexistante. Désolé pour la photo, le focus s'est fait sur le mur derrière et je n'ai pas pris le temps de vérifier, trop pressé de gouter la bière 😀 . En bouche, on retrouve un gout assez florale et fruitée. Bonne bière pour l'été.

Design

It's true that this "octopus head" that made me buy this beer. I found the design particularly good. I don't know if it's really adequate for a beer but interesting. And especially at the rear, a completely different style like an abstract painting was made by Marie Di Croci. It would seem that the back end of eahc can is left to a different artist each time. But for the front, I don't know where the concept comes from. Maybe I'll find out by drinking other beers from Perspective 😀.

Il est vrai que cette tête de pieuvre qui m'a fait acheté cette bière. Je trouvais le design particulièrement réussi. Je ne sais pas si c'est vraiment adéquate pour une bière mais intéressant. Et surtout à l'arrière, un style complétement différent comme une peinture abstraite en complète opposition de style a été réalisé par Marie Di Croci. Il semblerait que l'arrière est laissé à un artiste différent à chaque fois. Mais pour l'avant, je ne sais pas d'ou vient le concept. Peut-être je le découvrirai en buvant d'autres bières de Perspective 😀.
