A veces,cuando hablamos de salud, nos ubicamos solo en la salud física y resulta que somos seres integrales y tener salud va más allá de eso.
Está semana 309 la temática es "Fast" (Rápido) y es el ritmo de nuestra forma de vivir en el mundo de hoy, marado por la inmediatez a tal punto que nos pasan un vídeo de diez minutos y nos alarmamos, nos parece mucho tiempo. Queremos ver videos de un minuto, quizá dos, máximo tres.

En la forma gratuita de los editores de videos y fotos tenemos publicidad. A veces la publicidad nos avisa que durará ocho segundos y ¡Nos impacientamos! Esperar ocho segundos nos parece demasiado.
Nosotros mismos nos apuramos y nos "auto estresamos" y eso daña nuestra salud física, mental, emocional, anímica y nos afecta a nivel espiritual también.
No todo puede - ni debe - ser rápido. No nos dejemos ganar por la inmediatez.
El pensar en esto me llevo a elegir la canción "Amar es entregarse" para compartirla esta semana con ustedes ¿Por qué? Porque el amor es lo más legítimo que hay y lo que se opone - por naturaleza - a lo rápido.

Esta canción porque es un mensaje que Dios nos manda y nos lleva a reflexionar que, al ayudar a otros, es una fiel reconciliación con Dios. Muchos dicen ser buenos, pero no tienen ni un poquito de misericordia con los demás.
O nos cuesta dedicar tiempo a los demás, como queremos todo rápido... no podemos dete bb ernos media hora para escuchar los problemas de un amigo. No podemos apartar una hora para dedicarla a jugar con los pequeños de la casa - sean estos hijos, sobrinos, nietos o huéspedes
Sí dejamos que lo rápido se instale como tirano en nuestras vidas vamos a perder la oportunidad de expresar nuestro amor compartiendo nuestro tiempo con los seres que amamos y que un día cambiarán de plano - o cambiaremos nosotros - y entonces ya no habrá la posibilidad de volver el tiempo atrás para sentarnos a tomar esa taza de café y conversar... lo que no hicimos antes porque debíamos irnos rápido.

Estamos en Cuaresma, tiempo que nos invita a dar, a compartir, a ayudar.
Esa ayuda que podemos regalar no es solamente material; también la podemos dar, como por ejemplo: un consejo, un abrazo, una oración y compañía. Y dar comoañía es no salir corriendo "rápido " sino detenernos lo suficiente para mirarnos a los ojos, para poner la mano en un hombro, para escuchar con atención un problema aunque sea largo.
La ayuda es muy importante cuando viene del hogar. A veces, como padres, hermanos e hijos, necesitamos una guía, una palabra de aliento; ese apoyo moral, ese compartir nuestro tiempo, es la clave de esta canción.
La caridad siempre viene de nuestro corazón, porque si no es real y luego se saca en cara, quedará eliminada. Por eso, el tema es un gran mensaje.
Espero que este mensaje llegue a casa corazón y como toda buena semilla de buen fruto.

Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. May you have good health, lots of health, in every sense of the word.
Sometimes, when we talk about health, we focus only on physical health, but we are holistic beings, and health goes far beyond that.
This week, 309, the theme is "Fast," and it reflects the pace of our lives in today's world, marked by immediacy to such an extent that a ten-minute video sends us a shock; it seems like too long. We want to watch videos that are one minute, maybe two, three at most.

The free versions of video and photo editors include advertising. Sometimes the ads tell us they'll last eight seconds, and we get impatient! Waiting eight seconds seems like too long.
We rush ourselves and create self-stress, which damages our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and affects us spiritually as well.
Not everything can—or should—be fast. Let's not be swayed by immediacy.
Thinking about this led me to choose the song "To Love Is to Surrender" to share with you this week. Why? Because love is the most legitimate thing there is, and it's the very thing that opposes—by its very nature—fast.

This song is a message from God, prompting us to reflect on how helping others is a true reconciliation with Him. Many claim to be good, yet they lack even a shred of mercy.
We struggle to dedicate time to others because we want everything fast... we can't stop for half an hour to listen to a friend's problems. We can't set aside an hour to play with the little ones in the house—whether they are our children, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, or guests.
If we allow speed to reign supreme in our lives, we will lose the opportunity to express our love by sharing our time with those we love, who will one day pass away—or we will—and then there will be no way to turn back time and sit down for a cup of coffee and a conversation... the things we couldn't do before because we had to leave so quickly.

We are in Lent, a time that invites us to give, to share, to help.
The help we can offer isn't only material; we can also give things like advice, a hug, a prayer, and companionship. And giving companionship means not rushing off, but stopping long enough to look someone in the eye, to put a hand on their shoulder, to listen attentively to a problem, even if it's a long one.
Help is especially important when it comes from home. Sometimes, as parents, siblings, and children, we need guidance, a word of encouragement; that moral support, that sharing of our time, is the key to this song.
Charity always comes from our hearts, because if it isn't genuine and is later used as a pretext, it will be lost. That's why this song carries such a powerful message.
I hope this message reaches every heart and, like every good seed, bears good fruit

The truth is, this week's theme is about fasting, but everyone understood it to mean speed, haha. But I don't mind; that's the beauty of art—we can all interpret it in our own way.
