VEGETABLES ARE GREAT ANTIOXIDANTS FOR HEALTHY LIVING
Choice is a definite element that cannot be erased from human existence, as no two persons can like the same thing and accept the same habit. Also, the type of diet a person choose is his or her choice regardless, some can prefer to go full carb , other can choose to avoid animal products like meat or seafood, but eats the byproducts like eggs or milk and some others avoid these totally.

I like to call myself a partial vegetarian because I am not entirely strict with the whole idea of abstaining from meat products entirely. There is a great difference between a vegetarian and a vegan, the latter only avoid animal flesh while the former adheres strictly to plant based meals. Actually thinking about it, I think I am a mixture of both parts. Prioritizing plant based diet in my meal plan has be sufficient because it helps to maintain healthy lifestyle that provides the necessary vitamins and nutrients needed to live healthily. I am glad that we can readily get these plant based products in the market, natural and fresh.

Although I am not a strict vegetarian both I incorporate this diet in my daily diet because they offer some health benefits and helps to control certain health disorders one might have encountered. This is why it is advisable for people with health conditions like high blood pressure, inflammations, heart diseases, diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome, fibroids, cancers and so on to eat mostly plant based meals. For instance, women who experience heavy menstruation during their periods are advised to eat lots of vegetables like ugu leaves and green, to help replenish the blood loss and iron deficiency they may experience. For instance, these vegetables are known to be highly rich in fiber and antioxidant properties, some can replenish blood loss and build iron in the body.

It's actually not an easy task to maintain a total vegetarian lifestyle in this part of the world except you have the money and means to preserve these product and vegetables. In Nigeria, we have issues with electricity, where we might not have light for days and foods get spoilt in the refrigerator. Getting entirely fresh stuffs that was not chemically preserved or chemically grown can be difficult to find at times as most farmers uses chemicals to hasten the growth of crops. Sometimes these can be harmful to our health and we would think we are eating healthy meals. As at today when I went to the market, The prices of fresh foods these days can be so expensive that becoming a strict vegetarian is almost impossible.

You are so right about this, I think I'm more of a veggie kind of person, our country's situation has even made meats unaffordable again
Yeah... Things are not easy to purchase again as everything is now double the price
