LEMON AND CUCUMBER FOR REMOVAL OF HARMFUL TOXINS

The weather is a determinant factor of what we consume into our body, when it is cold we prefer to take warm of hot foods and drinks, also when it is hot we tend to take cold drinks and even cold bath as a means to calm our nerves. Some or most drinks are homemade so that they can serve the purpose of been organic and healthy, when you prepare things by yourself the feeling of satisfaction because all ingredients were proportionally added to suit your own style and taste. Hence there are different reasons why one would make a lemonade in a season that is somewhat cold and hot at the same.

Asides from the fact that as Nigerians we experience a hot weather more than the cold weather we always want to take something refreshing and cold into our system. But for me as a lady, I find it very important to build up my immune system by increasing my pH alkaline levels. It is known that this helps to fight disease and protect the system. We all know that African women are prone to benign and malignant tumors that affects their reproductive systems such as pcos, cysts, fibroid, cancer and so on, hence we need natural mixtures to help balmace our hormones.

This is why I prepare my lemon mix as it helps to increase that alkaline in my body.

Ingredients includes:

Cucumber
Lemon

Other times I could add ginger.

All I have to do is slice up a piece of lemon and cucumber and place inside a bottle of water, then wait for 2 to 3 hours before I drink up. It's very easy to achieve as you do not require a difficult process to achieve this healthy drink. This is a healthy during because cucumbers are known to be rich in nutrients and can keep people hydrated and improve skin health, also lemon are known to possess vitamin c properties, good for the skin, and cleaning of the body.

In general, lemon and cucumber soaked in water can help cleanse the body of unwanted toxins with their benefits combined. You can try it out.
