EXCUSES FOR BAD MANNERS

Something I have come to notice is that people who tend to do bad somehow find an excuse to pretend that they have done nothing wrong but when the same thing happens to them they find faults and queries about it. Recently, I experienced that ordeal between two adults who are working on the same site.

Apparently, one person is a contractor and the other is a supervisor. These people came from far distance to construct an interlock in their building but somehow the contractor who happens to be the brother of the lady who is abroad and overseeing the construction is always having issues with the workers. He always complains and does not trust them to do a good job, thereby reporting them to his sister. Even those of us that are staying in the compound have noticed that this guy is rude and tends to speak ill about people regardless of their age or background.

So one day, it happened that the workers had to stop working because there was no fuel to do their work apparently the supervisor claimed that the lady abroad has given her brother the money to go get the supply but when this was not happening the supervisor had to call his employer and Report the situation to her.

In turn, this lady called her brother and demanded for reasons why he had not but the petrol yet and queried him. This guy took the matter to another Level by shouting and quarreling with the supervisor that after everything he has been doing by covering them up for doing a bad job and so on, he had the guts to go and Report him to his sister. He felt that he was betrayed because he claimed he had been good to them but the truth is that this guy virtually reports everything they do, right from when these guys are not around or they went to have a meal, he would be claim that they are lazy, insufficient, not hardworking and all kinds of negative utterances and report them to his sister but now that the same thing has been done to him he got angry and was Furious about the whole thing.

So my point now is that people with this particular characteristic trait where they do not agree that they are at fault but rather look for other means to prove that even the wrong they did is accountable and can be passed for good. The unfortunate thing is that this type of people create a toxic environment for their workers and humans around them, hence, they would want to avoid him because he always find faults in everything people do. Sometimes they come out as good but behind your back the destroy you and this is not good at all.

In conclusion, my reaction to such people is to avoid them even not totally but at least 80% of the time so as to not be a victim of circumstances.
